Serving homeowners in Saginaw, Texas 76179, and nearby communities. Build a custom home or reimagine the home you love in Saginaw. Telion Construction brings custom homes, home remodeling, additions, ADUs and garage conversions into one conversation about your property, priorities and next chapter.
Plan a custom home around the way your household lives, including room placement, daylight, storage and outdoor access. Before settling on the footprint, review the lot, utility connections and the authority responsible for the property.
A kitchen, bathroom or whole-home remodel can change how neighboring spaces work. Consider the structure, electrical service, plumbing and ventilation alongside the visible finishes. Bring photos and the daily problems you want the remodel to solve.
An addition needs a useful connection to the current rooms as well as a workable roof and foundation connection. Review drainage, setbacks and easements before fixing the size and location. Tell us which parts of your yard and floor plan you want to preserve.
Explain who will use the space and whether it needs a kitchen, bathroom and independent entrance. Parking and utility arrangements belong in the early plan. Available yard space alone does not establish that an accessory dwelling is allowed; confirm the use for the specific address.
Review slab conditions, moisture protection, insulation, heating and cooling, windows and required exits before choosing finishes. Identify where parking and storage will move. A self-contained dwelling raises different use, parking and plumbing questions from a room connected to the main house.
A Saginaw mailing address does not establish city limits. Use the city maps and ask Planning and Zoning to confirm the parcel’s jurisdiction, zoning and any ETJ responsibilities before selecting a permit process.
Inside the city, review the applicable applications for a new home, additions or remodeling, accessory structures, paving and trade work. Consider utilities, drainage, easements and HOA or deed restrictions as part of the property review. Outside city limits, county or ETJ requirements may involve floodplain, subdivision, road access and on-site sewage approval.

Planning information reviewed October 9, 2026. Confirm current requirements with the responsible authority for your property and scope before construction.
Do I need finished plans before contacting Telion?
No. Start with the address, photos, your main goals and a realistic budget range. Share plans if you already have them.
Can an addition connect to my current kitchen or living room?
That can be explored. Existing structure, roof connections, available lot area and building requirements influence what is practical.
Is a detached building automatically approved for living space?
No. A storage or accessory structure and a dwelling can have different requirements. Confirm the intended use and address-specific approvals before planning an ADU or conversion.
Send photos, your address, the rooms involved and a budget range. For additions or new construction, include a survey or plans if available. Tell us whether you intend to remain in the house during the work and which spaces must stay accessible. We can begin with your priorities even if the final layout is still undecided.
