We offer a referral thank you for projects that move forward.
Referral Program Terms
SECTION 1 — OVERVIEW
Telion Construction offers a referral thank you to individuals who refer new clients that result in a completed construction project. and style. From minor upgrades to major overhauls, we can help you create the perfect space for your business.
SECTION 2 — ELIGIBILITY
• Referral must be a new client not currently in our system
• Referral must be identified at the initial point of contact
• Only one referral will be recognized per project requirements. We use high-quality materials and proven techniques to ensure your space is both functional and attractive.
SECTION 3 — REFERRAL THANK YOU
Referral thank you is typically based on the original contract value of the project.
Most referrals are approximately 1% of the signed contract.
Examples:
$25,000 project → $250
$100,000 project → $1,000
$250,000 project → $2,500
$400,000 project → $4,000
Referral thank you applies to the base contract value and does not include change orders.
SECTION 4 — PAYMENT TERMS
Referral thank you is issued after:
• Project is completed
• Final payment is received
Payments over $600 may require a W-9 for tax reporting.
SECTION 5 — LIMITATIONS
Telion Construction reserves the right to:
• Adjust referral amounts
• Decline eligibility if requirements are not met
• Modify or discontinue the program at any time
SECTION 6 — PREFERRED REFERRAL PARTNERS
We value long-term relationships with individuals who consistently refer projects to Telion Construction.
For those who provide multiple qualified referrals, additional consideration may be given, including adjusted referral amounts or priority partnership opportunities.
If you are regularly connecting us with new projects, we welcome the opportunity to discuss a more structured referral relationship.
SECTION 6 — REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS
For new custom home and construction referrals provided by licensed real estate professionals, Telion Construction may enter into a one-time referral or representation agreement.
We understand the role real estate professionals play in guiding clients through major decisions, and we value the opportunity to work alongside you as part of that process.
Referral rates are structured based on the level of involvement, participation, and overall contribution to the project, and will be agreed upon by both parties prior to execution of a construction contract.
All referral or representation agreements must be established following the initial client introduction and before a contract is signed. If an agreement is not in place, no referral fee or commission will be issued.
This section applies only to licensed real estate professionals actively engaged in real estate transactions and does not apply to individual or non-licensed referrals.
