Elisha Ruth Epperley is the owner of Telion Construction, LLC. She was born in Dallas, TX and has been a native Texan her whole life. She is OSHA certified, and a member of the HEB Chamber of Commerce. Telion Construction, LLC is accredited with the BBB.
