About the Owner
Elisha Ruth Epperley is the owner of Telion Construction, LLC. She was born in Dallas, TX and has been a native Texan her whole life. She has her certification for completing the 30 hour OSHA Outreach Training for the Construction Industry, and is also member of the HEB Chamber of Commerce. Telion Construction, LLC is accredited with the BBB and has an A+ rating.

David and his team arrived when David said they would. Worked straight through as promised and finished on time. We had wood siding that required more than normal repair and preparation. We also had baseboard trim that did not fit correctly. David's team took care and prepared very thoroughly. Upon completion we spotted some small spots we missed at walkthrough and David had them repaired the next day. We appreciated the attention to detail and the get it right attitude.
