About the Owner

Elisha Epperley is the owner of Telion Construction, LLC. Born in Dallas and a lifelong Texan, Elisha brings strong leadership, organization, and project vision to every build. She and her team have more than 30 years of combined experience in custom home construction, barndominiums, full home remodeling, and residential improvements.

Under her guidance, Telion Construction has earned a reputation for excellence, integrity, and client-focused service, supported by a trusted network of skilled trades and referral partners. Elisha believes in stewardship, honesty, and delivering value that homeowners can see and feel in the quality of their finished project. Telion Construction, LLC is accredited with the BBB and maintains an A+ rating.
